Our production department stands out as a tightly controlled environment compliant with the ESD EN 61340-5-1 standard, which guarantees the highest level of quality throughout all production phases, from prototypes to small and large production runs. Our IPC-A-610-certified personnel offer high levels of skills and expertise, while our engineering department’s experience guarantees a streamlined, repeatable production process.

Purchasing and production planning and process monitoring are all fundamental in maintaining high quality standards. Of the technologies we use, some of the most notable are our three SMT lines, which include laser marking, SPI, P&P and Air Reflow, and our automated inspection systems such as AOI 3D and ICT Flying Probe, as well as X-ray inspections. For THT assembly, we use wave and selective soldering techniques, accompanied by additional AOI inspections and mechanical fixtures.

The department also uses functional testing procedures, both manual and automatic, and offers coating and potting services.
