Industrial PC Production
Tema designs and manufactures custom industrial PCs, using third-party commercial Single Board Computers (SBC) and custom System on Module (SOM) carrier boards. All of our products start out with synergistic collaboration with the customer, which leads to the development of custom solutions that perfectly meet the specific needs of various industrial sectors.
Our solutions:
- Panel PCs with resistive or capacitive touchscreens, which can be created in a range of formats and are ideal for intuitive human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
- Fanless industrial PCs with or without display, box PCs and Rack-mount solutions.
- Design and production of systems on off-the-shelf commercial industrial motherboards or integrated Computers On Module (COMs) on custom carrier boards designed in-house.

Our production cycle is managed entirely in-house in order to guarantee complete quality control
All our PCs undergo rigorous testing, including burn-in and climate chamber tests, to guarantee the highest levels of reliability and the longest possible service life. We use only long-life industrial components in order to guarantee stability and consistent performance.

Firmware and Software
- Custom BIOSes: We develop dedicated BIOSes, both Legacy and UEFI, on the basis of the specific customer requirements.
- Driver Configuration: We configure the drivers for I/O devices and embedded system peripherals.
- Operating Systems: Support for Windows 10 IoT, LTSC Enterprise, Windows 10 Pro and Linux distributions, including Yocto.
